Greetings fragrant peoples ~ before I start my review, please do take note that I’ve personally reversed the note breakdown below as my nose sends a signal to my brain that it’s detecting the reversed notes pyramid of La Nuit De L’homme EDT by YSL. You can wear it casually or to work as well. It’ll fit in just fine. Seasonally, best in colder to temperate weather, not a summertime scent.

A true night-time scent - possibly year-round with milder application on a summer night, but absolutely do-able. Stunning, dark, sexy as hell and chic! Better for formal, but possible with up-scale casual attire. This can wear you, if you are not confident and know what you want out of "that night". If you are in a Nascar shirt and jeans shooting pool and wear this, you have offended this fragrance and the bottle should be taken away from you at once.This is my signature fragrance and I can't see my signature fragrance changing any time soon. Genuinely amazing stuff. Incredibly versatile - I've found it to work great both during the day and at night even though it is considered to be a night fragrance. Definitely works better in winter than in other seasons - it projects better in colder weather. not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and For that I think it's a great scent for intimate settings, or when you lean in close to another person. Doesn't overwhelm anyone, rather it pleases one that they were the ones who got in close enough to you to catch a whiff.

One thing I can't wrap my head around is the idea that this is mostly a date night scent. This is of course a perfect date night scent, but the idea behind it *as a date night scent* is not to spray tens or over twenty times to compensate for the poor longevity. You're supposed to spray just enough to create a subtle bubble of soothing, spicy warmness to draw your girl closer to you instead of repulse her by turning this into a projection monster. The lavender, vetiver, and cedar…along with the remaining but toned down cardamom is still awesome and a pleasure to wear.This mysterious and seductive fragrance is based around three pairs of contrasting notes that manage to fit perfectly together. The first vibrant pair is composed by spicy cardamom and fresh zesty bergamot that incisively open up the scent, the second contrast comes from the heart notes of woody cedar and delicate lavender while the deep base holds the last contrasting pair of dark vetiver and velvety coumarin that enrich the fragrance with warm and fascinating sensuality. Perfume La Nuit de l`Homme is available in three sizes of bottle – 40ml edt, 60ml edt and100ml edt, along with perfumed deo spray in a collection. The noses behind this fragrance are Anne Flipo, Pierre Wargnye and Dominique Ropion.

I consider this fragrance to be a true masterpiece. In my opinion, it is universally appealing, and I can't think of anyone who wouldn't like it, regardless of age or gender. While it has a certain sweetness to it, I believe it leans towards being unisex. It's possible that skin chemistry could play a role, but I personally haven't had any issues with the longevity of this fragrance, which lasts for around 5-6 hours for me.I understand that opinions may vary, but to me, this fragrance can be worn all year round. The only exception would be during extremely hot summer days. It pretty much stays like this for the duration of the rest of the wear, but a nice vetiver does begin to peak through to about the same level as the cedar. La Nuit is a warm slightly sweet and slightly spicy fragrance, that has a fresh cleanliness, and a dark character. Powerful and elegant, this incredible perfume is inspired by the idea of a darkly handsome and seductive man with irresistible charm. The large flacon reflects the elegance and force of the ingredients within. That initial punch is still pretty solid, though. Just nowadays, it doesn’t keep to that same level for all that long.

Inspiriert von den nächtlichen Gerüchen einer Großstadt verband er in seinem La Nuit De L'Homme Eau de Toilette würzige und holzige Noten zu einem maskulinen Odeur. I like the use of lavender, overall the lavender is the bread and butter of this fragrance and it supports the entire structure of it. Cardamom is the note that this fragrance is remembered for, but it's the cardamom and spices combining with the lavender which acts as a vessel for all of those other notes. Also, the lavender makes this a fresh fragrance, not as much as the original L'Homme or it's non-La Nuit flankers, but it's fresher than what you might expect because the lavender is very clean and definitely synthetic, but in a good way. I think this is actually a really good choice for the office, better than how some people make it out to be although this is going to be a great intimate fragrance because I can't imagine very many girls NOT liking this.

i have no knowledge of the versions before the one i have, i believe my batch to be December 2022, i literally put an infinite amount of sprays on last night, 20+ at least, and after less than thirty mins i had a light skin scent on me :( crying shame to be honest... Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will It is among the sexiest men’s fragrances out there, because it always seems to draw compliments. It’s just been consistent for me over the years, with how it draws attention, even in its lighter state. seeing as i live in quite a poor country the price of this YSL is quite high but i do not regret getting it, the scent is fab, but as one user wrote the performance of this frag is simply offensive, why did YSL do this to this lovely frag i do not know?! The color and shape of the bottle is the exact negative of how I see it in my mind's eye: on the pink to purple spectrum, and not as bulky.I know, there have been reformulations, and some think it is now weaker. I’m not sure, but again, never been a beast for me.
